Delete Your Account

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Syntexa app
2. Tap the menu icon in the top left
3. Go to Settings
4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All conversations and interaction history
• Relationship data and context
• Credit balance and usage history

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is removed immediately with no additional retention period. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's app store before deleting your account.
